Pets of the Week
Poppy
Poppy is a 6 year old female Beagle. She is super sweet and gets along with other dogs and cats. She has plenty of “get up and go” when it comes to her walks. She can be a bit pushy with her food so a home with kids over 5 is recommended. If either of these great pets sounds like the right one for you, please stop in at the Strunk Road Adoption Center to meet them. You will be glad you did! For questions or more information, please call (716) 665-2209 ext. 200.

Whiskers
Whiskers is a 2 year old female black tabby. She is a very nice kitty that likes attention, but only on her terms. She can be a bit of a diva, but if you let her make the rules everyone will get along. If either of these great pets sounds like the right one for you, please stop in at the Strunk Road Adoption Center to meet them. You will be glad you did! For questions or more information, please call (716) 665-2209 ext. 200.

Chautauqua County Humane Society's 'More Than a Shelter' Capital Campaign Video. Produced and edited by Ashley Baron. This video embodies what CCHS stands for and where we are headed. In late Spring of 2015, CCHS will break ground on a two phase building and renovation project. When completed this will allow us to meet the demands of the animals and people within our community, both now and for years to come.
